DLSS steht für Deep Learning Super Sampling und ist eine Technologie um Spiele-Performance (FPS) zu bei (nahezu) gleichbleibender Bildqualität zu erhöhen. Damit DLSS genutzt werde kann, müssen Spiele dieser aber explizit unterstützen.
Nvidia hat nun angekündigt im Mai weitere Spiele mit DLSS auszustatten. Insgesamt neun Titel werden entweder mit DLSS veröffentlicht oder mit einem Update nachträglich mit DLSS ausgestattet. Erstmals wird DLSS auch VR-Spiele unterstützen. Im Blog nennt Nvidia auch die Leistungssteigerung der jeweiligen Titel
Neue Spiele mit DLSS
• AMID EVIL: 2,7x fache Leistung bei 4K mit aktiviertem Raytracing
• Aron’s Adventure: bis zu 60 Prozent höhere Performance.
• Everspace 2: um bis zu 80 Prozent mehr Leistung
• Metro Exodus PC Enhanced Edition: DLSS erhöht die Frameraten um das Doppelte
• No Man’s Sky: bis zu 70 Prozent bei 4K
• Redout: Space Assault: NVIDIA DLSS und Raytracing-Effekte hinzugefügt
• Scavengers: um bis zu 40 Prozent mehr Performance
• Wrench: Mechanic Sim fügt Raytracing und NVIDIA DLSS hinzu, verdoppelte Desktop-Leistung bei 4K
VR-Titel mit DLSS
• No Man’s Sky: im VR-Modus verdoppelt DLSS die bei der Grafikvoreinstellung „Ultra” und hält 90 FPS auf einer Oculus Quest 2 mit einer GeForce RTX 3080
• Wrench: um bis zu 80 % Steigerung
• Into The Radius
